Shipping policy

Where we ship from
Every order ships from our facility in Florida.

Processing time
Orders ship the next business day after they are placed. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday ship the following business day. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Shipping method
Wipe On Clear Coat is a flammable product, so it ships by ground only. Air and expedited shipping are not available.

Where we deliver
We currently ship to addresses in the lower 48 United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the United States.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 2 to 5 business days after they ship, depending on your distance from Florida. Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Tracking
You will get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Wrong address
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away. We can update it if your order has not shipped yet. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 7 days or your order arrives damaged or leaking, contact us with your order number and a photo if damaged. We will make it right. See our Refund Policy for details.
