We want you to love what Wipe On Clear Coat does for your paint. If something is not right, here is how we make it right.
Damaged or leaking on arrival
If your bottle arrives damaged or leaking, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the bottle and the box. We will send a replacement at no cost. You do not need to send the damaged bottle back.
Unopened bottles
Changed your mind? Unopened, sealed bottles can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Contact us first and we will send return instructions. Because the product is flammable, returns must ship by ground in the original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Opened bottles
For safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened bottles. If you have a problem with an opened bottle, contact us anyway. We read every message and will do what we can to help you get the result you are after.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect a return, we will email you and issue the refund to your original payment method, usually within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it.
